All six members of ifeye (이프아이) have officially concluded their exclusive contracts with Hi-Hat Entertainment and signed with Chorokbaem Music to continue their group journey uninterrupted.
In an official statement released on November 2, Hi-Hat Entertainment confirmed that contracts for Won Hwa-yeon, Taerin, Rahee, Kasia, Meu, and Sasha ended by mutual agreement as of November 1. Following extensive discussions regarding the group’s trajectory, all six members elected to remain together as a unit under Chorokbaem Music.
Smooth Rights Transfer: Group Name & SNS Intact
Unlike many agency transitions in the K-pop industry that lead to legal disputes or mandatory name changes, Hi-Hat Entertainment reached an amicable agreement enabling the team to keep the trademark name ifeye.
Furthermore, all existing official social media channels and the PlusChat platform will continue operation without structural changes, ensuring direct communication lines with fans remain open throughout the transition.
Fresh Start with Chorokbaem Music
Chorokbaem Music (CRB Music) represents the newly established music entertainment branch under media giant Chorokbaem Media, widely recognized for producing high-profile drama series such as My Mister and The Penthouse. By signing ifeye as its flagship music act, the agency positions the six-member ensemble for expanded global activities.
Having debuted in April 2025 with the EP Erlu Blue, ifeye followed up with Sweet Tang and their April 2026 release As if. Under their new management, the group is reportedly targeting a Japanese digital single release in early 2027, complemented by live performances in Japan later that spring.
